Knowledge as a Service (KaaS) is one of the forefront of interdisciplinary subjects. KaaS is the integration of knowledge and services in which knowledge serves as a resource to be provided for consumers, so as to achieve the purposes of knowledge exchanging, knowledge sharing and task-based collaboration and problem solving. In recent years, with the rapid development of knowledge discovery, knowledge management, web service, service computing and cloud computing, as well as the growing demand for knowledge service, knowledge service becomes an important research direction emerging rapidly at home and abroad.

The conference is organized by College of Computer Science and Technology of Huaqiao University, which aims to provide a broad international forum for world researchers, engineers and professionals working in the areas of KaaS to discuss and exchange their findings, ideas and views. In addition to the regular technical sessions, there will be plenary and invited sessions as well as social activities.
